unfair policy limited options
The character meet-and-greet policy felt unfair. despite staying for almost a week, my family never met any disney characters in the lobby (i mean, what are the chances?). there was no schedule, and we weren't about to camp out there all day. late-night food options were also a problem. There was no room service, and the only things available were cup noodles or chips. it really put a damper on things after a long day at the park.

a magical escape
complimentary water disney-themed pastries room space
I adored the complimentary water and slippers, they seemed like such a tender touch. the room was spacious enough for our family. It seemed like a dream. The little one also had a kiddie toilet seat. breakfast at ink and plate felt amazing, especially tasting the disney-themed pastries.
The tv scan code never worked and i had to call instead. This delayed simple requests. it was a small inconvenience in an otherwise romantic stay, though.

the room had ample space and thoughtful amenities, including a water dispenser. the presence of a kiddie toilet seat in the bathroom showed consideration for families with young children. it had everything i needed.

a balanced experience
avenger bar good appetizer excellent buffet dysfunctional code unforthcoming request denied photo
i appreciated the avenger bar. the appetizer tasted very good. the dinner buffet in ink plate proved excellent. i will recommend this hotel to friends and family.
the scan code on the tv for requesting in-room amenities was not working. the request on the phone was not that forthcoming. the hotel denied the child being photographed with a disney character, it was a disappointment.

A Solid Stay Near the Magic
frequent shuttle friendly staff
I was happy about the free shuttle. It runs frequently to Disneyland. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They made check in easy and quick.
The hotel lacked late night food options. The only options after 11 PM were cup noodles and chips. This was inconvenient.
